Thank you for your purchase of a breast prosthesis. This product is guaranteed to the original purchaser to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of two years from the date of purchase. A customer’s sole remedy in the event of a defect is to return the defective product and accept a comparable replacement product at no charge. This warranty will be voided if the product is abused, altered or subject to misuse. Product Registration/Warranty Activation must be completed and submitted within 30 days of purchase in order to validate the warranty. Failure to register your purchase will nullify this or any other previously published warranties. We will not be responsible for any damages caused by a defective product.
